Testing and Clearing the Error
- Clear your internet browser's cache.
View, Clear the cache - Firefox Support.
View, Delete browsing history - Internet Explorer.
View, Clear cache in Chrome - Google Chrome.
View, Clear data in Safari.
- Log out of the Moodle site and close the browser.
- Re-open the browser and log back into site.

- Try uploading a document with Google Chrome for the issue does not appear to happen in Chrome.
