What is AD Self Service, and how do I sign up for it?


AD Self Service is password reset tool. After enrolling in this site you will be able to reset your password, unlock your account if you are locked out of your computer, and change your password from a web browser or your cell phone.

Signing Up For AD Self Service


Standard Web Setup

1. In your web browser, go to the Immaculata AD Self Service site: https://passwordreset.immaculata.edu/showLogin.cc

2. Using your network (MACPASS) credentials, enter your User Name and Password.

3. Click Login.

4. On the welcome screen, click Click Here.

5. Enter your mobile phone number and external email address.

6. Click enroll.

7. This completes your enrollment in the AD Self Service tool.

8. Click Sign Out.

Mobile Page Setup

 

  1. Go to the mobile AD Self Service site: passwordreset.immaculata.edu/m
  2. Click Login

4.Click Login.

5. Enter your mobile phone number and external email address.

6. Click Enroll.

7. This completes your enrollment in the AD Self Service tool.

8. Sign out of the Password Reset tool.
