How do I map a network drive in Windows?



How to Map a network drive on Windows

On the desktop double click “Computer”

Click on Map network Drive

 

 

 

 

Next select the drive letter you wish to map (choose any open letter like M or L)

Enter the network path. For example, Folder: \\srvfile01\foldername

 

 

 

Make sure ‘reconnect at logon” is checked

 

Click Finish

 

Drive will open automatically and it should also be listed in Computer under the Network Location section
